Cherry Lane Village HOA 3,4,& 5 are not separate HOA's, but one HOA.  HOA 3 was the first HOA and the initial CCR's for HOA 3 contains some very basic information for the HOA.  The CCR for HOA 4 and HOA 5 are supplements for HOA 3 and must be read and followed in conjunction with HOA 3 CCR's.

The most common ACC form request is for new fencing.  Please note that if your property shares a property line with the golf course, the fence must be 4 feet high and have a gate that opens towards the golf course.
