The Cherry Lane HOA Board welcomes you to our neighborhood! Our charter is to provide you, the homeowner, with the information and resources to properly maintain and enhance your neighborhood. Whether it's assistance in navigating through the CCR's, approving your ACC form, or providing you an outlet to air concerns or issues, we are here to help.
URGENT: Who do I call if a neighbor has a trailer parked in front of their property? If it is in the street, call Meridian City Code Enforcement (208-846-7326). If it is in a driveway longer than 72 hours (to load/unload only) and you’ve kindly reminded them of our CCR’s, contact a board member.
Also yards need to be mowed, watered and kept up to community standards. We want our homes to hold value!
Architectural: Modifications to the exterior of your home and property must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for approval before any work begins. If work is started without prior approval, the homeowners may be required to alter or remove the changes according to our covenants.
